Privacy Notice

TASMU is operated by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) under the laws of the State of Qatar. This notice explains how personal and entity data is processed on the platform.

1. Data controller

The controller for platform data is MCIT, acting through the TASMU Programme Office in Doha, Qatar.

2. What we process

Identity attributes from Nafath or entity SSO, workspace membership, deployment metadata, model & agent artifacts you publish, and telemetry required to run and secure the platform.

3. Sovereign residency

All personal and sensitive data remains inside Qatar-resident regions of approved hyperscaler partners (QCP, Azure Qatar, GCP Doha, AWS me-central-2, OCI Qatar, Ooredoo Sovereign Cloud).

4. Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of personal data by contacting privacy@tasmu.gov.qa.

5. Retention

Audit and compliance logs are retained for a minimum of seven years in line with Qatar's data-governance requirements. Model artifacts are retained per the licensing terms attached at publication time.
