These terms govern your use of the TASMU Platform, its Cognitive AI Toolkit, blueprints and shared services.
By accessing TASMU you agree to these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, and any entity-level agreement in place with MCIT.
Published AI models, agents and prompts are governed by the licence attached at publication time. TASMU acts as the marketplace operator and does not assume authorship of contributed assets.
Availability, latency and support commitments are described per sub-offering (AI Marketplace, AI Toolkit & Sandbox, ML Ops as a Service) in the applicable SLA schedule.
All deployments must comply with the TASMU Responsible AI Charter, including fairness, explainability and human-in-the-loop obligations for high-impact use cases.
MCIT may suspend workloads that breach these terms, national policy, or the sovereign data regime, following the notice periods defined in the AUP.
